Matt Cain labored through five innings Monday against the Angels, but he still got a win after allowing three runs and six hits. The bullpen pitched four hitless innings after Cain left, giving the Giants a 5-3 win. Cain struck out four and walked four in his first outing since his perfect game. But even though he wasn't nearly at his best in this one, he still won his eighth straight start.
