Matt Cain had a difficult time locating the plate while giving up four runs across five innings Wednesday in a loss against the Nationals. It was a rough night from the usually reliable right-hander, who was making his second start since returning from the disabled list. He walked a season-high five batters and required 102 pitches to record 15 outs. Cain's first outing off the DL -- Friday's strong effort against the Mets -- gave hope that he was over his hamstring woes, but now we're not so sure. Cain, 1-4 with a 3.84 ERA, travels to an American League venue on Tuesday to take on the Chicago White Sox.
