Matt Cain gave up four unearned runs over one inning Sunday in his start against the Cubs. Cain was struck by a comebacker off his right knee early in the game, but was allowed to finish the four-run inning before the Giants decided to take him out. None of his runs were earned, but Cain badly missed his spot on a three-run homer to Dioner Navarro. According to CSN Bay Area's Andrew Baggarly, Cain expects to make his next start and doesn't anticipate missing any time.
