St. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Matt Bowman (blisters) threw a bullpen session on Tuesday. He's now thrown three bullpen sessions over the past six days, a sign that he should be almost ready to rejoin the Cardinals bullpen. The righty will likely continue working in middle relief once he's ready.
