Colorado Rockies first baseman Matt Adams (elbow) was activated from the 10-day injured list on Saturday, the team announced on Twitter. Adams had been out for over a month after injuring his elbow during a game against Marlins on June 8. Prior to the injury though, he hadn't been providing any fantasy value as he was slashing .161/.257/.194 with one RBI and three runs scored over 17 games. Until he shows signs of life at the plate, managers can safely ignore him in all formats.
