Mat Latos yielded three earned runs over seven innings as part of no-decision against the Giants Sunday. Latos struck out five, walked one and gave up seven hits. It's his fourth straight quality outing, but he has just one win over than span thanks to San Diego's inept offense. Latos' ERA will likely continue to fall during the second half, but getting wins will be like pulling teeth.
