Mat Latos made an early exit from his third rehab start Wednesday at Triple-A Louisville due to a calf cramp. Latos had only thrown 67 pitches. It was supposed to be his final rehab outing, but the Reds may want to extend his pitch count further before putting him back into the major league rotation. He was projected to throw 90-100 pitches against Triple-A Lehigh Valley. The right-hander has not made a start for Cincinnati this season.
