Mat Latos (knee) is scheduled to make a minor league rehab start with Double-A Pensacola on Thursday. It will be one of two minor league games that Latos starts before hopefully returning to the Reds rotation on April 13 or 14. Alfredo Simon will occupy his spot for the first two turns through the rotation.
