Mat Latos (knee) could throw off a mound this week. Latos needed surgery in early February for a tear of the meniscus in his left knee and then tweaked that same knee last week while doing on-field exercises. The Reds are still holding out hope that he won't miss a regular-season start, but that may be overly optimistic. There's no timetable yet for his Cactus League debut.
