Mat Latos allowed just one run over 7 1/3 innings Friday, but he still fell to 5-10 after the Padres were shut out by the Dodgers. Latos has been far from great this year, but he does deserve better: the Padres have scored a total of 14 runs in his 10 losses. He'll take a 4.04 ERA with him into the All-Star break.
