Marlon Byrd went 2-for-4 and hit his seventh career grand slam Tuesday in the Mets' 10-5 win over the Giants. Byrd's homer off Jake Dunning was his 14th of the season. After being left for dead a year ago, he's currently on pace to finish with the best home run total and second best OPS and RBI total of his career. The Mets, though, could trade him later this month.
