Marlins prospect LHP Andrew Heaney allowed one run on two hits in seven innings Tuesday while striking out eight batters for Triple-A New Orleans. The highly touted left-hander walked two batters in the outing. Heaney, 23, struggled in his previous two starts following a demotion from the major leagues to Triple-A in early July, as he allowed eight runs (seven earned) on 10 hits (two home runs) in 6 2/3 innings. But now that he's back on track after Tuesday's outing, it shouldn't be long until Heaney receives another crack at the major leagues.
