Marlins manager Ozzie Guillen said that Giancarlo Stanton (intercostal strain) is unlikely to return Friday. Stanton hasn't played since September 16 due to a strained left intercostal muscle. He's making progress, but the Marlins are now shooting for a Saturday return.
