Marlins fired team president Larry Beinfest. It's no surprise, as owner Jeffrey Loria is making more of the baseball decisions these days and a recent report from Jeff Passan of Yahoo! Sports indicated that a front office shakeup was likely coming. Beinfest has worked with the club since 2002.
