Marlins activated OF Chris Coghlan (knee, elbow) from the 15-day disabled list; optioned him to Triple-A New Orleans. The Marlins are down to Mike Cameron and Bryan Petersen alongside Mike Stanton in their outfield, but have still decided they'd rather have the 2009 National League Rookie of the Year attempt to rediscover his lost stroke at the plate in the minors. Along with Logan Morrison, Coghlan will be up in September.
