Mark Teixeira (wrist) could return to the Yankees' lineup as soon as Tuesday. Teixeira received good news from the doctor on Monday when he got his sore right wrist examined. The first baseman was given a cortisone shot over the weekend and has reported improvement. While Teixeira's surgically-repaired wrist remains a concern going forward, it appears he's close to returning to action.
