Mark Teixeira was removed from Sunday's game against the Orioles after getting hit by a pitch on his foot. Teixeira slammed his helmet in frustration after getting drilled with the T.J. McFarland offering. He will presumably head for X-rays to rule out any type of fracture, and the team should have an update on his status shortly.
