Mark Teixeira (bruised knee) is not expected to be in the Yankees lineup on Friday. Teixeira took an Alfredo Aceves cutter off of his right knee in the top of the sixth inning last night, but didn't come out of the game until the bottom of the seventh. Although he'll likely be given the evening off on Friday, it would be mildly surprising if he's not back in the lineup by Saturday.
