Mariners purchased the contract of RHP Blake Beavan from Triple-A Tacoma. Beaven will make his major league debut Sunday against the Padres. Although it's an enticing matchup, the 22-year-old can't be counted on in fantasy leagues. He's posted a 4.45 ERA and 1.48 WHIP in 16 starts this season at Tacoma.
