The Seattle Mariners signed pitcher Wei-Yin Chen to an undisclosed one-year deal on Thursday. Chen made 45 relief appearances with the Marlins in 2019 and struggled to the tune of a 6.59 ERA and 1.54 WHIP with 63 strikeouts and 18 walks in 68 1/3 innings pitched.
