Mariners activated OF Mike Carp from the 15-day disabled list. Carp injured his shoulder while tying to make a catch during the Mariners' season-opening series against the A's in Japan and missed all of April. But he's back now and should see regular playing time going forward -- whether in the outfield or at DH. Miguel Olvio (groin) was placed on the 15-day disabled list in a corresponding move.
