New York Mets starting pitcher Marcus Stroman (hamstring) went five very effective innings against the Phillies on Friday before being pulled due to hamstring tightness. In his five innings of work, Stroman allowed only three hits and one walk while striking out eight. Though he allowed two runs, neither was earned.
