New York Mets starting pitcher Marcus Stroman (calf) will throw to live batters on Friday, according to general manager Brodie Van Wagenen. This is a good sign for Stroman but there's still no timetable for his return to the rotation. There's hope for the 29-year-old to contribute for fantasy teams in 2020, after what was originally thought to be a season-ending injury.
