Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Marcus Stroman threw a bullpen session on Tuesday. According to Cubs manager David Ross, the plan is for Stroman to rejoin the team's starting rotation next time around, meaning he could make his next start on Saturday against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Stroman was placed on the COVID-19 injured list at the beginning of May. He made five starts prior to landing on the list and went 1-3 with a 5.13 ERA and a 1.18 WHIP.
