Marco Scutaro has been diagnosed with a left hip injury and will undergo X-rays. Scutaro was injured in the first inning of Monday's game when Matt Holliday took him out on a rough slide at second base. He remained in the game for five innings despite being noticeably hobbled, but the Giants eventually thought better of it and pulled him. The Giants should have an update on his status later Monday.
