Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports that the Rays are set to re-sign Juan Carlos Oviedo. No official word yet, or contract terms have been disclosed. The artist formerly known as Leo Nunez spent the 2013 season rehabbing from Tommy John surgery. With the recent success that the Rays have had in reclamation bullpen arms, he could prove to be a very nice low-cost addition.
