Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports that for the moment the Rays are calling Matt Moore's elbow injury a strain. How they classify the injury doesn't matter a whole lot, as he has been diagnosed with a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his left elbow. He has vowed to attempt to pitch through the ailment before deciding whether or not to undergo Tommy John surgery, which remains the most likely course of action.
