Marc Carig of Newsday reports that the Mets will watch a light bullpen session thrown by Joel Hanrahan (elbow) Friday. Hanrahan isn't expected to hold a full audition until next month when he's 100 percent, but the Mets want to get an early look at him. The reliever is coming back from Tommy John and flexor tendon surgery and isn't expected to be game-ready until late April or May.
