Manny Machado launched two of the Orioles' seven home runs in Wednesday's 12-2 rout of the Blue Jays. Machado tagged Carlos Villanueva for a solo shot in the fifth before getting David Carpenter for a two-run bomb in the eighth. The two-homer night was his second in 45 games since making his major-league debut on August 9. Nate McLouth, Jim Thome, Mark Reynolds and Chris Davis (twice) also went deep for the Orioles in their latest must-win game. Machado is now batting .264/.291/.443 through his first 183 big-league plate appearances.
