Manny Machado (knee) took six at-bats in a simulated game on Saturday and reported feeling good. It was his first taste of live action since undergoing surgery last October to repair a torn medial patellofemoral ligament in his left knee. Machado has been cleared to begin running sprints on Monday and appears on track for an early-May return to the Orioles' active roster.
