Manny Machado (knee) ran sprints again Tuesday. Machado did three 90-foot sprints and then three more at 180 feet. He's expected to run the bases on Wednesday and could be cleared to begin playing in extended spring training games by the weekend. Machado is likely to join the Orioles' active roster in early May.
