Manny Machado (knee) ran on Saturday and will do so again on Sunday. The physical restrictions have been lifted from Machado, but the Orioles will ramp his work up judicially. Machado is still slowed from October surgery to repair a torn medial patellofemoral ligament in his left knee, but his surgeon is optimistic that the knee can handle physical stress. Fantasy owners will have to continue to be antsy about the situation, as Opening Day remains in doubt.
