Evans exited Wednesday's game against the Reds due to left hamstring discomfort, Jake Crouse of MLB.com reports.

Evans pulled up while running to second base in the bottom of the fifth inning Wednesday, and he was immediately removed from the game. Prior to his departure, the 28-year-old went 1-for-3 with a strikeout. Whether he's able to return for Thursday's game against the Giants remains to be seen.
