Manager Aaron Boone said Tuesday that Frazier has served as the designated hitter in the past two intrasquad games since he's battling a minor foot issue, Marly Rivera of ESPN.com reports.

The 25-year-old has apparently been dealing with the injury for the last couple months, so the team is easing him into the action as the DH early in camp. It doesn't appear to be much of a concern given Frazier is already playing through the injury, but it could be something to monitor as the start of the season draws closer.
