Manager Pete Mackanin was unhappy with Hernandez after he was thrown out trying to steal third in Saturday's loss to the Padres, Jim Salisbury of CSN Philadelphia reports.

Hernandez has made numerous base running gaffes this season and has been caught stealing on eight of his 19 stolen base attempts. He has been productive at the plate, however, with a .333 average and .422 on-base percentage since the beginning of July. Given the Phillies' need for offense, Hernandez is unlikely to be benched for his mistakes, but he could get less chances to run, which would cut into his fantasy value.
