Manager Ned Yost is now unwilling to commit to Duffy for Tuesday's start against the Yankees, Josh Vernier of 610 AM Sports Radio reports. Poor weather in Kansas City for Sunday's tilt with the Cardinals could put the game at risk of getting postponed or suspended, which would likely result in Yost moving his starters back a day. Even if the weather cooperates, there's still a good possibility that Duffy will be pushed back, as he hasn't been able to throw since suffering some apparent shoulder stiffness following his May 16 outing against the Yankees. The Royals have a team off day Thursday, so the team could conceivably skip Duffy's turn and still keep the rest of the rotation on regular rest.
