Manager Mike Matheny confirmed Thursday that Joe Kelly would start Game 3 of the NLDS. He'll follow Adam Wainwright and Lance Lynn in the rotation. Not yet known is whether Michael Wacha or Shelby Miller will get the ball in Game 4. They'll both be available in relief today.
