Manager Bruce Bochy is hopeful that Peavy (back) will be able to start Sunday, Hank Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reports. It looked Tuesday like Peavy was headed to the disabled list, but he reported feeling much better Wednesday, and it now appears that he could still make his first start of the season this weekend. The Giants are still listing Sunday's starter as "TBD," but expect an update on their plans after Peavy tests things out again in the next couple days.
