With both Austin Meadows (illness) and Victor Reyes (quadriceps) heading to the injured list Monday, Cameron will rejoin the big club to provide an additional body in the outfield. Cameron isn't expected to contend for an everyday role while he's up with the big club, as the Tigers are likely to deploy Robbie Grossman, Willi Castro and Derek Hill as their regular outfielders until one of Meadows or Reyes is ready to come off the IL.
