Burrows will be a part of the Tigers' 60-man player pool this season.

Burrows was optioned to Triple-A Toledo back in March, but with MLB rosters expanded, the 23-year-old will now get a shot in the majors. He may simply be around for depth, however, and is not a lock to earn significant playing time this season.
