The San Diego Padres added four players to their 40-man roster Friday, most notably starting pitcher MacKenzie Gore. The others selected were pitchers Efrain Contreras and Steven Wilson, and infielder Eguy Rosario. Outfielder Jorge Oa and pitcher Reggie Lawson were outrighted to Triple-A El Paso in a corresponding move.
