Philadelphia Phillies rookie second baseman Luke Williams was moved up to sixth in the batting order Wednesday and rewarded manager Joe Girardi with a 3-for-4 night at the Dodgers. Williams was starting at second base in place of Jean Segura (groin) who landed on the injured list.
