St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Luke Weaver earned a quality start but took a loss in Tuesday's game. Weaver tossed seven strong innings, allowing three runs but striking out eight. Weaver was extremely efficient, throwing only 88 pitches to get his 21 outs. After a rough stretch in April, Weaver has now put together three strong starts in a row. Despite that, his rotation spot may be in jeopardy with Alex Reyes and Carlos Martinez set to join the rotation soon.
