Luke Scott said his surgically-repaired shoulder felt good after taking live batting practice for the first time Thursday, but that his mechanics are "definitely not ready." Scott is currently working his way back from surgery to repair a torn labrum and will likely need a few more days to get back into the swing of things. The 33-year-old is expected to serve as the Rays' primary designated hitter this season.
