Luke Scott finished 2-for-3 with a two-run homer on Saturday, powering the Rays past the Royals 5-3. Rays manager Joe Maddon randomly decided to bat Scott third in the order and the move paid off big time. Scott singled in the bottom of the first inning then hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the third. He has struggled quite a bit this season but may be coming around.
