St. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Luke Gregerson (hamstring) will make his third rehab appearance on Monday, but will still need to pitch in back-to-back games before returning to the big league team. Gregerson was set to be the closer for the Cardinals, but he missed most of Spring Training due to a pair of injuries and lost any chance at the ninth inning when the team signed Greg Holland on Opening Day. Once he's back, Gregerson will take on a setup role in the later innings.
