Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher Luis Ortiz (hamstring) is feeling much better on Tuesday. The rookie made his first career start last Friday and had to leave early after allowing a run in 1 2/3 innings against the White Sox. He's not much of a streaming option anyways, but Ortiz may just be shut down for the year with only a week-plus left of action.
