Lucroy went 2-for-3 with two doubles, two walks and a run scored in Friday's 7-6 loss to the Blue Jays.
EDGE Analysis
After batting .206 with only three extra-base hits throughout April, Lucroy has followed up with one of the better months of his career to bring his overall production in line with what fantasy owners were probably expected coming into the season. Over 79 plate appearances in May, Lucroy is slashing .324/.380/.521 with eight doubles and two homers. The Rangers don't have an abundance of high on-base players on their roster, so Lucroy, who has been batting fourth recently, should continue to benefit from a favorable spot in the lineup against both right- and left-handers.
