Lucroy (hamstring) is progressing well and might start playing in games sooner than expected, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. Lucroy was treated with a platelet-rich plasma injection after being diagnosed with a hamstring strain in February, and it seems the treatment has done wonders. It's uncertain when he may be cleared to resume running, but Lucroy appears on track to be ready for game action closer to the front end of his 4-to-6 week estimated recovery timetable. He's expected to receive some at-bats in spring games next week.
