Lucas Duda went 1-for-2 with a pinch-hit three-run home run in Wednesday's loss to the Athletics. Duda was not in the starting lineup with the lefty Brad Mills on the mound. He pinch-hit for Gonzalez Germen in the eighth with two ducks on the pond and promptly belted a three-run home run to right-center off of Mills to put the Mets on the board, though still trailing at 8-3. The home run was his 11th of the season, and he's now slashing a respectable .252/.348/.473 with 38 RBI on the season.
